Good location and lots of space
No explanation of facilities, I.E. how to enter and exit the site, how to contact reception (to ask them how to enter and exit the site). The fact that you have to leave the building and circumnavigate the site (in the snow at -3 to get to reception (once you have finally worked out how to enter and exit the site!). Most importantly- the hot water was not switched on in the apartment and took the best part of an hour to heat up by which time we had to check out.
